You can see prices in the webshop listed all in euro's. We accept bank transfer, IDEAL and paypall. When selecting PayPal as payment option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log in' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now.
You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order. Once we have received and processed your return we will notify you via email. You must return the products to us as soon as possible at your cost and risk, in the same condition in which you received them. Make sure to include your name and your order number in the package. We suggest that you use a registered delivery service for the shipping to reduce the risk of the products not reaching us that's why we insist every return is with a track and trace code. We will refund the price you paid for your item to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that it might take up to 5 business days until the transaction is visible on your bank statement. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs or extra charges such as taxes and duties that may have been collected upon delivery, please contact your local customs office to issue a refund for these fees.
We try to ensure that your goods arrive free from defects. However, should you receive faulty items or an incorrect delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery. Your views are highly valued, therefore we ask you to contact us to give us your opinions and express your concerns.
Products returned by you because of a defect will be examined by us. Where evidence of a defect is found we will notify you of your entitlement to a replacement product, or a refund for the defective product. Where a refund is requested, we will process the refund to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you that you were entitled to a refund for the defective item. Please note that variations in handmade products do not qualify as a defect, since it is an expected result in handmade products.
We ship almost always within 7 days of order payment. We do not mail items over the weekend

When will your package arrive?
We do not guarantee the arrival date of any order. In general, your items should arrive in around 2 weeks' time however sometime it may take longer depending on your area, postal service provider, custom clearance, festive seasons etc especially International buyer. We will convoy you the details of your item(s) once it has been sent.
If you are planning for a holiday or special day, please do your best to order in a timely manner and let us know so we can try our best to accommodate.
Expedited Shipping: We can do expedited shipping, but please convoy us before purchase so that we can make a special listing for you to reflect the expedited shipping price.
All our listings reflect international pricing. Please be aware that there may be possibilities/occasionally customs may detain or add charges/tariff to goods being shipped into the country. Unfortunately these potential circumstances are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot mark items as "gifts" to avoid customs fees, package mailed will also include a Custom Declaration indicating as 'Craft` with the actual value of items purchased

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)

If You Decide To Change Your Mind:
We have no problem cancelling and refunding an order as long as it has not been shipped. If the item has been shipped, then it needs to be returned to us before we make a refund.
We usually do our best to represent our items as they are -- If you are not sure about something, please ask before you make a purchase.
If You Receive The Item And You Don't Like It:
you can return it to us for a refund. But please bear in mind - only when we receive the item in good condition (un-used, clean & sellable), then we will make a refund after deducting the respective shipping fees.
Please! Please! Please! DO NOT RETURN the item if it is no longer in good condition as we will reject your refund request.

Items Lost or Damaged in Transit:
Once we place the item in the mail it becomes the responsibility of the postal service provider we will not do a refund for damage done in transit/shipping.
